Are you a creative hustler with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution? We’re looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead and execute high-impact influencer campaigns for a fast-growing grooming brand.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, understand creator ecosystems, and bring strong cultural insights—especially across diverse Indian audiences—this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, clients, and internal teams
Strategize and implement campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization
Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign workflows with high accountability
Negotiate influencer contracts while ensuring budget efficiency
Develop clear and engaging creative briefs for influencer collaborations
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and creator dynamics
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or campaign execution
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Must have access to a personal laptop for day-to-day operations
- Understanding of culturally diverse audiences is highly preferred
- Familiarity with South Indian markets, languages, and consumer behavior is a strong advantage
