Social Media Manager (On-site)

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging content strategies, managing social media channels, and driving audience growth and engagement through innovative storytelling and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencer marketing teams for content execution
Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on analytics
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication
Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty
Collaborate with influencers and creators for campaigns and brand collaborations
Requirements & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content strategy
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Strong creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
